Seal of Guarantee
All Port Wine bottled in Portugal for domestic of consumption or export carries a numbered seal which guarantees both the quality and authenticity of the wine. The seal of guarantee is supplied by the Port Wine Institute, the government appointed body in charge of quality control. |
